It also tells them how to contact J (on a piece of duct tape inside); I.C.E. = In Case of Emergency.

My bike helmet hack
I saw this "bike hack" on someone's motorcycle helmet while I was on the motorcycle tour.

I was in a bike accident over the weekend. Although it was nothing serious, I was very happy to have read about this in your blog and implemented it on my helmet only the day before. :-)
