FOOD. SNOW. BEER. GOOD.

Last night after brewing (pictures to come!) I made tempeh veggie skewers for dinner. We had a friend over, so I was in a rush to finish and didn't take a picture of the final roasted product after it came out of the oven, but here they are about to go into the oven:

The basic recipe: they have tempeh, zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, and green peppers. All organic, all marinated in olive oil, balsamic, soy sauce, and pepper, then roasted until roasty good.

And this is a somewhat unappetizing looking picture of just the zucchini marinating. Looks kinda icky, doesn't it?

It's cold and snowy in Hotlanta, and the locals are FREAKING OUT. They don't have any idea how to drive on snow or ice, and there are accidents and road closures all over the region. Here's an image from the balcony:

Road closures, school closures, people working from home, and I'm getting even more strange looks than usual for riding my bike. Ha ha ha ha ha.

Okay: on to some homebrewing pictures!

Getting looks for biking in the what, 2 inches of snow in Hotlanta? Heh, they have NO idea what you're capable of.
